When will my order be delivered?
Our team’s goal is to pack and ship each and every order safely and quickly, so you receive fresh Kate’s bars to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and do not ship internationally (yet)! We pack and ship standard shipping orders within 48 business hours after your order is placed. Please note, the time it takes to pack orders may increase during peak times like promotional periods and holidays.
Carrier shipping may take 3-5 business days or longer depending on your distance from our facility in Bedford, PA. Please note, delivery times may increase during peak times like promotional periods and holidays.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number from us as soon as your order has shipped (if you provide an email address with your order). If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at customerservice@katesrealfood.com.
Can I get free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $75, after discounts have been applied (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
What do I do if I want to cancel or change my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. Please contact customerservice@katesrealfood.com immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been processed and shipped we cannot guarantee cancellation.
In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal, click here to access, or by emailing customerservice@katesrealfood.com.
If you wish to cancel after your payment is processed, please email customerservice@katesrealfood.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund of an order once it has been processed and shipped.
